algorithms. Virtual assistants like ChatGPT and AI-powered platforms provide real-time travel assistance, language
translation, and itinerary planning. Additionally, AI-driven data analytics help tourism businesses understand customer
preferences, predict demand, and improve marketing strategies. The Internet of Things (IoT) contributes to smart tourism
by enabling seamless connectivity between devices, such as smart hotel rooms, wearable gadgets, and beacon technology
for location-based services. IoT enhances visitor experiences through automated check-ins, smart luggage tracking, and
